Old Santee Canal Park was visited by the Easter Bunny and there are brightly colored presents scattered throughout. Bring your kids out for an exciting Easter Egg Hunt while exploring the park at the same time. Children ages 6 and younger will be searching for eggs in front of the Berkeley Museum. Children ages 6-13 will explore the trails to find hidden treasures throughout our beautiful swamp. So hop on down with your basket to Old Santee Canal Park and don’t miss this family-friendly event. If you’re downtown, don’t miss the Family Fun Event: Easter Eggstravaganza. Get egg-cited with craft making at The Charleston Museum followed by an Easter egg hunt in the garden of the Joseph Manigault House! This weekend is Pet Fest 2018, a pet festival offers two days of exhibits, demonstrations, experts, contests, entertainment and more. Pets are encouraged to bring their owners. Annual Gold Passes will be honored. Activities include K9s in Flight Frisbee Dogs, pet contests, dog show, lure chasing, live music and much more.
